Limited Warranty

Impulse Engine Technology warrants each product it sells to be free from defects in both workmanship and material for a period of 12 months or 12,000 miles (20,000 kms) from the date of purchase, provided that all parts of the product are properly installed onto the engine make and size specified, the product is properly installed, subjected to normal use and regular service, the product is not modified or changed in any way or used for racing or competition purposes, the product is set and adjusted to the Negative Supercharging and Thermocharger specs, the camshaft is dialed-in to the position specified by the Negative Supercharging Cam Spec Sheet and the named parts are removed from the engine or either used or not used in conjunction with the Negative Supercharging Kit as specified on the Negative Supercharging Specification decal, Thermocharger and Cooling System decals and in the Negative Supercharging Technical Manual. Failure to comply will void warranty.

This Limited Warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from worn or faulty parts on the engine, incorrect installation, improper break-in, alteration of parts in any way whatsoever, failure of parts not furnished or approved by Impulse Engine Technology, parts unsuitable for use with the warranted Negative Supercharging Kit or Impulse Crate Engine, damage to engine parts as a result of pre-ignition (pinging) or detonation, crankshaft damage due to defective or improperly installed clutch, torque converter or engine mounts, misuse, over revving, maintenance neglect, misapplication, abuse, vandalism, tampering, abnormal wear and tear, overheating, freeze cracks, lack of lubricants or fluids, foreign material in combustion chamber or oil pan, over fueling or other dilution of lube oil, accidents, collisions, road hazards, overcharging battery, incorrect voltage, welding, exposure to chemicals or damage caused by backfire.

Customers who believe they have a defective part should return it prepaid along with proof of purchase and include a complete description of the problem. If a thorough inspection of the part indicates defects in workmanship or material, we shall replace the part or product. This limited warranty covers only the part itself and not the cost of installation or removal.

Impulse Engine Technology shall not be liable for any and all consequential damages occasioned by the breach of any written or implied warranty pertaining to this sale in excess of the purchase price of the part or product sold.

By purchasing the product it is understood that the customer accepts and agrees to comply with the terms of this limited warranty.
