By purchasing the Negative Supercharging Kit, Impulse Crate Engine or Impulse products the customer understands and accepts,

1. The risks of using a substantially more powerful engine
2. It will make the engine very powerful, highly responsive and will launch the vehicle very hard from idle during full throttle
3. A large increase in power will place additional stress on the vehicles drivetrain which may cause some parts to fail
4. Any part of the vehicles drive train which fails may cause damage to other parts of the drive train or vehicle
5. Technical assistance from mechanics or engineers not yet familiar with the Negative Supercharging technology may damage the engine
6. Failure to follow ALL the specifications and information stated in the Negative Supercharging Technical Manual will produce poor performance, the engine may lose all power and will void warranty
   

By purchasing the Negative Supercharging Kit, Impulse Crate Engine or Impulse products the customer accepts and agrees to,

1. Use the power sensibly and be extra cautious while driving in heavy traffic, wet weather, snow and around bends
2. Replace any part in the vehicles drive train which will not support the additional stress produced by supercharging at their own expense
3. Replace any failed part in the vehicles drive train not included with the Negative Supercharging Kit or Impulse Crate Engine and pay for any damage the failed part may cause to other parts of the drive train or vehicle including the parts supplied with the Negative Supercharging Kit or Impulse Crate Engine at their own expense
4. Follow ALL the specifications and information stated in the Negative Supercharging Technical Manual
   

Impulse Engine Technology shall not be liable for any irresponsible, dangerous, illegal, abnormal or incorrect use or for any physical injuries or damage to vehicles and parts thereof due to abuse, maintenance neglect, careless handling, defective or improperly installed parts of the Negative Supercharging Kit, Impulse Crate Engine or Impulse products by any person, organisation or business.
